Postpartum Support

Postpartum care 1 day a week (or less); visits are typically 4-6 hours

Meal preparation - through an Eastern medicine lens (warm, nutrient dense, easy to digest, lactation supporting foods); includes 1 entree, 2 sides, and 1 herbal tea per visit

Herbal bath

Gentle bodywork with warm oils

Back-up doula support as needed

Laundry, dishes, light cleaning
