• Continuous Presence and doula care throughout labor & birth 

• Doula care involves guidance with comfort measures, emotional support, education, advocacy / helping you communicate with providers, and protecting your precious oxytocin that makes a smooth birth possible

• 2 prenatal visits to discuss your  birth map / birth plan, answer questions, address fears and concerns, and prep you for labor & birth

• 1 postpartum visit to process the birth 

• Connections to needed bodywork or care providers

• Back-up doula support as needed

• 24-7 support during on-call period  (36 - 41 weeks)

• Ongoing communication via text, phone, or video 

• Warm meal at postpartum visit
