Postpartum Support
What is Included:

Postpartum care 1 day a week (or less); visits are typically 4-6 hours

Meal preparation - through an Eastern medicine lens (warm, nutrient dense, easy to digest, lactation supporting foods); typically includes 1 entree, 2 sides, and 1 herbal tea per visit. Cost of groceries is dependent on budget, preferred meals, & what you already have in your kitchen.

This offering is available for brand new families up to 1 year postpartum. Healing and adjusting to a new paradigm takes time and patience. It is an honor to support you on this journey.
